Crime Figures

Between the 15th October and 13th November 2011, no crimes were recorded in Spofforth reports PC Mark Ayres.

Over the past couple of weeks Churches in Kirkby Overblow and Sicklinghall have suffered thefts of tables made by 'Mousey Thompson'.  This seems to have happened during the daytime whilst churches were open to the general public, so any suspicious activity in the vicinty of our church is worth reporting.  PC Ayres reminds everyone that darker and longer nights historically leads to an increase in crime, a favoured offence being the tea time burglary whilst parents are out collecting their children so please remain vigilant.

If you see anything suspicious please contact the Police on 0845 6060247 or 999 if an emergency.  PC Ayres can be also be reached via email on This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
